On Thursdays the 'Old Timers' get together for a cup of coffee at Cabin 5 on Harris Hill. The social gathering starts at 1pm.

Nets:

Tuesday nights at 8pm 10m Rag Chew on 28.450. (Net suspended for now, contact Harry KC2SXZ for details.)

Thursday nights at 9pm the Rookies net on the 147.360+ repeater. Check net control section on this web site for net control schedule.

Starting May 1st the Chenango Valley Amateur Radio Association will sponsor the Central New York Hilltoppers net. This will be an informal FM simplex net held on 146.450 MHz. We will meet at 8:30 AM Saturdays from May 1st until mid-September. Check-ins are made with your call sign and grid square. Stations will be given the opportunity to work new grid squares by contacting other stations who have checked into the net. This is a good opportunity to become familiar with your equipment's full potential without the assitance of repeaters. Portable stations in high places are encouraged but not required. Bragging about the view from your location is considered in good taste and new hams are encouraged to join us. More information can be found at http://www.qsl.net/kc2sfu.

Sunday nights at 8pm the TCARC swap net on the 146.970- repeater.

Sunday nights at 9pm the CCARES net on the 147.360+ (no tone). Check the net control section on this web site for net control schedule.
